Tank Tops!

As much as I don't particularly like them, I have to admit Tank tops can look good on a select few people. These sort of tops don't have any sleeves at all and cover only your torso. They come in various bright colours, which really help complete a summer, beach look. They are very common in the sunny parts of the US. This is mainly because here in England, it isn't warm enough to wear one of these unless your skin is made out of leather... Anyway, this is what they should come across to look like:

As you can see, the neck part of the top can also vary in different lengths. Some go down really quite far, whereas others can be midway, between your neck and chest.
They also go well on women too, although it is a different design and shape all together:
Thank you for reading this blog! Also, if you haven't already, go and check out the women's pages written by my partner! We have only just started writing on it, but we would appreciate some support! Thank you!

Jumpers

Jumpers are widely used around the world and are a very popular piece of clothing, especially when it comes to winter or autumn. Jumpers come in all sorts of styles, colours and patterns! You can get thick woollen ones, which are perfect for winter, thin light weight ones which are good for just something light to pull on, and then of the statement jumpers. My personal favourite are the woollen jumpers as over this winter I have acquired many of my own! The woollen jumpers come I many styles and have lots of patterns, the most common is the Aran jumper, with the simple crosshatch pattern on the front.
These are very good for smart occasions as they go well with slim fit jeans and suit shoes.

The next type of jumpers I am going to talk about are the light weight ones. These are perfect for those summer nights when it starts to get a little chilly, and you need something quick and easy to pull over your shirt. An example of these is shown below:

These jumpers can also be worn as part of an outfit as they go very well with plain skinny jeans.

The last type of jumpers I am going to talk about today are the statement jumpers! These are really amazing if you like to be unique and stand out in a crowd. Many of them are very unusually, therefore you can create whatever style you like with the rest of your outfit! Statement jumpers can have all sorts of strange images on them, from cartoon strips, to wild animals, to movie characters! Here are some examples of the type of ones you can get!

Leather Jackets!

The past couple of posts I have written have been about some form of vintage look as I sort of went off in a tangent. But as promised in my Satchel Bags post, I said I would do leather jackets. Also if you haven't seen that other post, go and check it out! Anyway, I decided to write about leather jackets because quite frankly, I love them and they honestly look so fashionable, depending on if you get the colour right compared to your outfit.

So with the first leather jacket I found is a tan/brown sort of colour. My opinion this is the nicest jacket there is, but that is just my taste. This sort of colour can practically go well with any colour of trouser and is at it very best with a white T-shirt underneath. This is what I mean:
Although this isn't a very good example, considering it only has one sleeve (it does look rather nice though) it still is a very nice colour and can go well with black trousers, supporting my other idea of it going well with almost any colour or shade.

Next is an original biker jacket, that can basically come in different sort of shapes, sizes and patterns. Although it is mainly used for motorbikes, if you get the right design, it can be worn for an every day use!
This picture is a very good example of what I am talking about, as you can quite clearly see the pads on the arms for protection from crashes, but with the scarf included and the zips that are with it, really makes it look very fashionable!

Last but not least is a leather, long jacket. Although it doesn't sound familiar, you will definitely recognize one of these. They can vary in length but typically go down to your knees or mid-thighs. These are the sort of jackets that only really suit tall men, I could be wrong but I have only really seen tall men wearing these. Here is an example:
Yes, this picture makes it look quite dull, but there are a variety of colours to choose from, but you just have to find the right one!

Once again thank you for reading my blog, hope you enjoyed!

Mens Satchel Bags & Messenger Bags

I have recently been scrolling through the internet, looking at the latest fashion. Then, I came across something that really quite caught my eye. Mens messenger and satchel bags! So I went into further research and it was definitely at the top of my 'must buy' list. The sad thing is I already have gone and ordered one... But anyway, here are a few colours and designs I found to do with these fashionable bags!

The first on my list is the one that I fell in love with the most. It is a tan/light brown leather satchel bag that had 'buy me' written all over it. I really think it would look amazing with a leather jacket the roughly same colour as the bag. Here is what I mean:

Another thing that also caught my eye is a small messenger bag that lets the strap sit firmly on your shoulder. As I mentioned it is reasonably small so it wont fit loads of things in it, but it can be handy, practical and in general, quite fashionable.

That is sort of it to the bags. There are all sorts of bags similar to this but there are so many to go into great detail in. On the next blog, I will be talking about leather jackets, as it can be related to this sort of retro style. Make sure to comment, and thank you for reading!

Summer Accessories

There are various different accessories that will look good with most summer outfits, even if they are small, minor things. So in this blog, I will be writing about the accessories that will look very good with almost any summer outfit. I will also be talking about the little changes you can make, just to brighten up your summer look, and make it even better!

First off I will be talking about various watches that will suit the summer outfit. Wearing a digital watch doesn't really work. But what I mean is a normal 12 hour watch. The colour does help too, wearing a rose golden or silver watch will practically suit any colour of clothing. Here is an example of what I mean.

Next on my summer outfit list is sunglasses. Wearing the right sunglasses during summer, that match your outfit is quite important. You don't want to wear nice summer clothes, and have a dull pair of sunglasses. So during the summer, I recommend wearing some form of aviators. This is because they can practically go well with any colour of summer outfit. In the picture below, you can see an example of the aviators I was talking about.

A technique that will help with looking better with your summer outfit, is rolling up your sleeves. It may seem pretty simple, but it can be very effective. My personal preference is wearing a white, button up shirt and rolling up the sleeves. You also don't want to buy an expensive, and good looking watch, and not be able to show it off do you?

Winter Coats & Beanies!

Although it is coming to the end of winter in the UK, I thought I might as well write about the very fashionable, and stylish winter coats that have really caught my eye! I preferably like the cotton ones with buttons, that range in various different colours. My favorite is a navy blue coat with black buttons! They all look insanely nice, especially with beanies and scarves alongside it. With the navy blue coat, a red patterned scarf and light grey beanie will look absolutely amazing! Here is an example of what I am talking about:
This is the sort of coat I am on about, that looks extremely nice on men in the winter!

as mentioned earlier, beanies go very well with these coats, but just in general look really good!:

Another accessory that was mentioned at the beginning of the blog, was a scarf. Combining all of these together makes an amazing winter outfit! Here is what I mean:
All of these accessories and clothes together make the perfect winter look! Thank you again for reading, and comment any ideas you may have!

Braces

Braces are more seen as an accessory for an outfit, and this is what makes them so effective. They are very easy to purchase as they are sold in most clothes shops, and are a pretty good price. They can come in many different colours, ranging from simple blacks and browns, to bright neon colours, also found in many patterns too!

Braces go best with a smart look, including slim fit trousers, a shirt, which can either be short or long sleeved, and a blazer if you feel this is necessary. To complete the outfit, you can add a tie or bowtie, this doesn't need to match the braces.

This style can also be achieved on women, here are some examples:

Thank you again for taking the time to read my blog! Please leave comments and ideas of what I could do next!

Mens Side Swept Hair

I have recently had a change in hairstyle, and  thought i would like to share it with my fellow readers! It is a side swept hairstyle, a little bit like Justin Bieber's, but not as long. Here are the instructions to give your hairdresser to complete this look.

  • First you need to ask your hairdresser for a grade 1 undercut, just like the ones in my previous blogs. It doesn't entirely matter what grade you get, but make sure it's shorter than the top.
  • The top of your hair needs to be down to your nose at least.
Next you need the products to do this look, here is what I like to use:
  • Hair mouse - I like to use this as it gives the hair more texture and better hold.
  • A hair dryer - This is for blow drying!
  • Wax - Any wax will do really; but I like to use Urban Fudge Matte Finish as it has an amazing hold and smells really nice!
  • Hairspray - For any adjustments you need to make after you have finished and to keep the hair together.
After you have all these, and have the right cut, you can continue!

  1. Start with wet hair.
  2. Apply a handful of mouse, make sure you rub it all in!
  3. Your hair has a natural direction of growing, so hairdry against that and then dry it in its normal direction.
  4. After blow drying, use the wax to push your hair all to one side, using your fingers to add natural effect.
  5. Use the hairspray to adjust any little errors and then hold!
That is it! Here is a picture of what it should look like:

That's all there is to completing this amazing style! Leave your opinions in the comments and thank you for reading!

Mens Backwards, Long Hairstyle!

I have been getting a lot of views recently on my hair tutorial blogs, so I will be writing today about either leaving your hair to flop backwards, or brushing it back to give it a comb-over sort effect. So let's get into it! All you need is:

  • A hairdryer
  • Wax - for this I like to use Urban Fudge Matte Wax as it has an excellent hold.
  • Hairspray to finish it off
How your hair should be cut; I would usually ask my hairdresser for a grade 1 undercut, this gives a really nice hang-over effect if you want your hair floppy!
These are the steps you need to take:
  1. Starting with damp, towel dried hair, blow dry your hair up a little and backwards, givng a hang-over at the back.
  2. During this process, brush your hair back the same way you are blow drying your hair.
  3. If you just want a floppy hairstyle, don't go any further, just apply A LITTLE bit of hairspray.
  4. Get your wax and use your fingers then essentially brush back your hair, as I said before, I like to use the Urban Fudge wax as it gives it a brilliant matte finish, and gives your hair a lot of texture.
  5. Hairspray your hair, making any little adjustments you may want or need.
Here is an example of what it should be like:

I also just wanted to point out, that the second models suit is very nice, and the colours really do match and suit the hairstyle he has.

So that is all there is to it guys! It is a pretty simple, but effective hairstyle! Please share and comment! Thank you!

Dressing For Prom!

Today, I have gathered a bunch of suit ideas and accessories, that will really make you stand out during prom, or a party!

First we have the Navy blue suit; it is personally my favorite suit just because the colour is amazing! It fits incredibly well with a waist coat and it really doesn't matter what colour the tie is, just as long as it matches the suit! Here is  picture of what i have been explaining:

As you can also see, brown shoes go really well with this colour of suit, the shoes should be light brown and pointy, like the ones that you have seen in my "Shoe Recommendations" post!

Next is a suit that brings back the 1950's but is still very fashionable! It consists of silver jacket and trousers, with black piping along the edge of the suit and long black shoes. I recommend the tie be slim and black, as this was the look back then. This is as close as I could get to what i was talking about:

This next suit may sound quite bizarre but green suits are very trendy when it comes to patties especially! They really make you stand out if you want to be centre of attention. They will go well with black smart shoes and a black tie, maybe even a waistcoat if you are interested. Here is a picture:
Thank you for reading again, I hope this post helped you decide or come up with some ideas for prom or any parties that are coming up!

Bomber Jackets!

Bomber jackets have been around for a very long time, and have mostly always been the pinnacle of modern day fashion, which is why I have decided to write about them. They tend to complete most casual looks, with jeans or chinos. It is seen as a short jacket, with elasticated wrists, bottom and neck with a zip. So putting it into perspective, they are very comfortable and practical. They suit any sort of season, depending on the whether. Bare in mind that they are quite thin, so wearing it on a cold winters day is sort of a bad idea...

Bomber jackets suit both genders, and come in various different colours and sometimes patterns!
As you can see, both of these pictures include plain black jackets, but this is alright as it can pretty much match any top or jeans!

I didn't really know what to write for this post, but I still hope you enjoyed!

Tartan Shirts

Tartan shirts are very unusual pieces of clothing. They look like they have been cut out of a carpet, yet they look very nice! So to start it off, these shirts look amazing the spring/summer time, especially with the sleeves rolled up with denim shorts or jeans. As said in the shoe recommendation post, your footwear plays a big part in this outfit too, so I suggest wearing slip-on shoes, just to complete this summer look! Most shops do these, but I prefer to get them from Topman, or River Island, as they are better quality from there. This is what they look like:

Wearing a white top underneath the shirt adds to the summer look, but doing up the buttons and not wearing the top, makes it more of a spring look. What has also caught my eye, is that people have been wearing a white top, and tying the Tartan shirt around their waist! Personally I really like this sort of outfit, as it adds lots of colour to your look.
Thank you for taking the time into reading my blog, comment any ideas!

Man Buns

Last year man buns were a growing thing, and still are this year. This is why I have decided to write about them, and give you a tutorial on how to complete one. It's a bit more than just putting up your hair and sticking a hairband around it. It takes time and practise, but when it is completed, can look amazing depending on how big or long it is! So follow these steps to ensure you have a perfect man bun!:

  1. Brush all of you hair backwards using a hairbrush.
  2. If need be, apply a heat protector spray on your hair to stop your hair from burning when blow drying.
  3. Blow dry your hair backwards, make sure to direct it towards to back of your head.
  4. This is when it starts to get a bit tricky!
  5. Put all of you hair back, and using one hand, hold it as close to your head as possible, like a ponytail.
  6. Then wrap that bit of hair around your finger as tight as you can.
  7. Then circle the centre bit of the hair closest to your head (where you were holding on to your hair from in step 5).
  8. Then put the band over your hair, holding it in place. To make this step easier, before you start, put the band on your wrist and pull it over!
REMEMBER: The longer your hair, the easier it will be to do a man bun! Unless its insanely long, in that case, I wish you luck!

Once everything is in place, hairspray it if you want to, it tends to give it that extra hold once in a bun!

This is what it should look like once finished! Once again thank you for reading my posts, follow me for more, and comment your opinions and suggestions!

Shoe Recommendations

Today, we are on the topic of shoes. They may seem irrelevant to whatever outfit you are wearing, but some people don't realise how important shoes are when matching them to whatever clothes you have on. For example, you wouldn't wear sandals with a tracksuit? You need to name sure your shoes match the same clothing genre as your outfit. I recently bought some brown, smart, casual shoes. And these can go well with with any colour of skinny jeans from black, pale or just dark blue! They are very good for going out with and help make me feel better looking!

I also think suede shoes that go up to your ankle are very nice! They both suit men and women and just generally can go well with almost anything!

Another brand that has recently caught my eye are timberland! Once again can suit both genders and look so nice! A drawback for this though is that timberland are very expensive, depending on what shoe or boot you want. But if you are looking into nice pale boots for your jeans or leggings, these are the things you need!

Something that some people are keen on but I'm not to sure on are the Nike Airs... They may be good for sport but going out on a nice meal or somewhere worth dressing up for is a no no. Last year I went to a wedding, and there was a kid there, all dressed up in a nice navy blue suit and waistcoat and tie. Until I looked at his shoes... He was wearing the Nikes... My respect levels went downhill as soon as I saw them...

Thank you once again for taking time to read my blog! I hope you are all having a nice day!

Mens Forward Messy Hair

I have decided to have a little bit of a change in this blog, it won't just be clothes, it will also be hairstyles and cuts too! In every hairstyle post, I will leave a picture and a tutorial too! I will also tell you what products I recommend and use for myself to complete the hairstyle!

So to kick off this new idea I will be starting with the hairstyle I like and do on a regular basis. It is a messy look that goes forward mainly just above your eyebrows. it can be very neat too if you want it for going out for dinner, or just generally going out! So to complete this look, I use these products:
  •  Matte and Messy Wax by Loreal Paris - I use it because it has an amazing hold to keep your hair looking good throughout the day!
  • Silvikrin Classic Hairspray by WELLA - This also has a very good hold after you have completed your look!
These products are all you need to complete this messy style!
  1. Make sure your hair is damp, almost on the verge of wet.
  2. Apply the wax, bringing your hair forward to however long you want it over your face.
  3. Use a blow dryer to give it a bit more height and bringing it forward again.
  4. Hairspray it, and adjust any little details that will make it neater if you want!
That is all there is to it! To make this hairstyle even better, I usually ask for a grade 1 undercut and leave it quite long on top! Here is an example of what it should be like:

It doesn't entirely matter if it isn't exactly like this, as the hairstyle is unique to you and your head shape! Please leave a comment on what sort of hairstyle I should do next, and/or if I should carry on doing this! Thank you!

Camouflage Jackets!

These days there are more and more unusual and different pieces of clothing that are coming out regularly, and army jackets are one of them. Not only are they used to camouflage yourself whilst you're getting shot at, but they are also used for fashion?! How bizarre! But either way, I have found this sort of thing very fashionable! It's not just for men though, I have noticed women wearing camouflage too. Maybe it just to get away from us guys I don't know, but it can suit almost any outfit! The perfect season for this look is definitely autumn or summer. As I said, it can go well with almost any outfit and can suit any casual occasion!

Thank you for taking time into reading my blog once again! Don't forget to like and share my blog! See you soon!

Blazers, Blazers, Blazers

After using my own knowledge on fashion and researching a little more, I have found another must-buy item that you surely will love! The topic for today is Blazers, the ones that everybody hated to wear at school. But if you combine a blazer with a white shirt and jeans, you will achieve a smart but casual look! As you can see, little improvements will give you more of a casual look. For example, rolling your sleeves up and wearing a visable belt. The best place to buy this sort of clothing from is Topman, yes it is expensive but it is at a very good quality!

Hope you are all enjoying! See you soon! Please comment on your opinions about my new blog, it will help a lot! Thank you!

Denim Post!

So, I have been scrolling through the internet for more and more ideas for this new page. Through my tinternet travels I have come across the denim industry. No, I am not talking about the jeans that everybody has, but the jackets and cardigans! As you can see in a profile picture of mine, I am wearing a cardigan-based denim jacket I bought for quite a little price! Yet it is very fashionable! Here is another example to what I am talking about:

As you can see, it brings out the 'messy but dressy' look in anyone! Depending on what item of clothing you are wearing, it can be worn all year round! I find it best to use it in the summer, with light blue denim shorts!

Hope you are enjoying so far...!
